How we charge
We work three ways depending on what you need. Most clients land on a monthly retainer once the first sprint or project ships.
- Sprint (one-off): A defined deliverable with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Most common for site launches, brand identities, product photo shoots, and AI workflow builds.
- Retainer (ongoing): A monthly commitment for performance marketing, content, SEO, social management, or composite "growth-as-a-service" engagements. Three-month minimum, then month-to-month.
- Partnership (enterprise): Embedded growth team for established brands. Quarterly OKRs, weekly stand-ups, full reporting stack. By application only.

Fixed-scope projects are billed upfront in two instalments: 50% on kickoff, 50% on launch. Indicative bands:

Website (e-commerce)
Shopify or WooCommerce build, MTN MoMo checkout, product photography, inventory + email setup. Delivered in 21 working days.

Mobile app (MVP)

What’s NOT in the price
We’re upfront about pass-through costs so there’s no friction later:
- Ad budget: you fund media spend directly to Meta / Google / TikTok. We never mark it up.
- Hosting and domains: ~ZMW 1.6k/year for typical SME hosting. We’ll recommend a host or you can keep your own.
- Stock licences, fonts, third-party SaaS: passed through at cost with receipts.
- Influencer/talent fees: quoted per campaign, paid directly.
FAQ
Why don’t you publish exact prices for every service?
Because the honest answer always depends on scope. A brand identity for a single-product startup is different from one for a multi-location restaurant group. The bands above are real, the scoping call is free, and you’ll get a fixed-price proposal before signing anything.
What’s the minimum commitment?
Retainers run three months minimum to let paid campaigns stabilise and content compound. Projects are one-off. Partnerships are annual.
Do you work outside Zambia?
Yes. We have active clients in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, South Africa and Nigeria. Pricing is billed in ZMW or USD; we’re VAT-registered in Zambia.
Can you co-pitch with our in-house team?
Yes. We often work alongside in-house marketers as a creative + paid extension. Many of our retainers run that model.
How do invoices and payments work?
Monthly retainers are invoiced on day 1 of the month, due net-7. Projects bill 50/50 against milestones. We accept bank transfer (ZMW/USD), MTN MoMo merchant code, and credit card via Stripe for international clients.
